Kennedy E. Lee
Partner
Kennedy “Kenny” Lee focuses his practice on helping transfer assets left behind to the family and friends after a loved one has passed away. For many people, handling a trust or estate after the death of a loved one is a new experience and can be overwhelming and confusing. Kenny explains and discusses legal matters with his clients in plain terms that are easy to understand. This helps make the process as painless and simple as possible because his clients have other, more important matters to worry about. Kenny is a Founding Partner and leads the probate and trust administration practice group.
Kenny is recognized as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable probate attorneys in Clark County, Nevada. Because of this, Kenny has been rated AV/Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. This rating is based on a combination of achieving a high rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. Only a very select group of approximately 10 percent of all attorneys holds an AV Preeminent Rating (a designation trusted worldwide).
Kenny’s practice philosophy is to help clients resolve issues and complete cases as quickly and efficiently as possible. To do so, Kenny educates his clients so they can make informed decisions regarding the best path for their case. Kenny focuses his practice entirely on probate and trust administration. His extensive experience enables him to handle non-contested matters quickly and efficiently. In contested cases, his knowledge and regular appearances in probate court aid in handling all aspects of trust or estate disputes. Additionally, in contested matters, Kenny has served as a third-party neutral fiduciary and is often active in mediations to help settle cases.
In his spare time, Kenny enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. If he is not in the office or at home, he is often at the golf course. As an avid golfer, he carries a low, single-digit handicap. Kenny enjoys volunteering with his local church and has spent many years working with the youth. He served a two-year service mission in Japan where he learned to speak Japanese fluently.
